GSA is proud of their staff training programmes and utilise: one to one training, tool box talks and video/DVD modules in order to ensure that each member of staff receives training which is tailored to their position.
Management and supervisory training programmes are designed to incorporate: Company and client relations, health and safety, finance, human resources, help desk operation, IT systems, operations, audit process and SLA monitoring.
Cleaning programmes which are accredited to BICS ensure that our staff receive the highest level of training and are assessed at our clients’ premises.
Each member of staff has their own training matrix and this is reviewed on a bi-annual or annual basis.
Our specialist teams in waste, pest control and hygiene operations receive training from industry professionals and attend accredited courses pertinent to their specialisation.
