Vetting

GSA is passionate about service delivery and we invest in our team to ensure they have the support and training they need to deliver service excellence, for every client. We trust and respect our team, and we task everyone with ownership of service delivery.  And we recognise and reward every employee for a job well done. Our 4000+ workforce is supported and motivated to deliver service excellence.

At GSA, we work with a variety of government agencies and seek advice from them in operating our recruitment and vetting procedures. Each member of our management team undergoes training on our recruitment policy and guidelines, which includes how to identify authentic identity and travel/visa/permit documentation.

Our HR team work closely with colleagues in Operations, to ensure that all required checks are undertaken and necessary verification is obtained.

We are an equal opportunities employer. It is GSA’s policy to ensure that all people are accorded equal opportunity for recruitment, training and promotion and equal terms and conditions of employment, in all jobs regardless of their sex, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, race, religion, creed, colour, ethnic or national origins.

Decisions on recruitment and training will be made on the basis of a person’s ability, the requirements of the job and any other relevant objective criteria.
